Brand Identity · Auto Body & Collision Repair

The Road Back Starts Here

A collision interrupts everything. Fix Collision needed a brand that sounds like the calmest person in the room — and a mark that points the way back.

01

The Brief

Plain.
Certain.
Unhurried.

Nobody walks into a body shop on a good day. Their commute, their week, sometimes their confidence behind the wheel — it all stopped at once. So Fix Collision's brand couldn't shout. The customer is already stressed; the brand's job is to be the steady one.

No crash talk, no urgency tricks, no exclamation marks. Just the work, explained plainly, with a timeline — and a line that places the shop at the beginning of the return to normal, not the end of an accident.

The Fix Collision S mark — a stretch of road with lane dashes
The idea

The S in COLLISION is a length of road. "The road back" is literal and personal — it's the repair, and it's the return to normal. That promise of forward motion is why a road runs straight through the mark itself.

The Mark

One mark,
every surface.

Color

Asphalt
carries it.
Yellow marks
the road.

  • Roughly one part in ten. Charcoal carries the layout; yellow is the accent — a highlight, a button, a single line of type.
  • Never a background behind long copy. Yellow is a lane line, not a paint job.
  • Built for contrast. Charcoal on yellow and charcoal on white pass AA at any size — so yellow type never sits on white.

Two colors pulled straight off the street: the asphalt and the paint that tells you where to go. Restraint is the point — when the yellow shows up, it means something.

In The World

From the street
to the
cupholder.

The brand meets customers before they walk in — on the building, the crew and the van — and rides home with them after. Business cards at the counter, a thank-you card left in the cupholder of the finished car, and a keychain on the returned keys: the last thing the shop hands over, and the first thing they see on the road back.
